I sit on the rail here
Gaze over the distant winds,
Sailing with the raising waves
Of these melodramatic blue waters.
I wonder what love is,
I wonder what life is,
Synonyms, they are
Flip-flopping all the time.
I smile as you smile
I laugh as you laugh
I feel as you feel
I dream as you dream
You fill my emptiness
You bring in smile
You bring in tears
You bring in life.
I wait for you,
For my day is
No day without you
For my life is
No life without you.
I wait for that time
When you enter this kingdom
And rule it
The way, you want to.
I see you everywhere
As love is in air
Breathing life in and out.
My ether of life.
Touch my skin as
It yearns to breathe
Touch my heart as
It yearns to live.
Touch my soul as
It is a void without you.
